The first installment of the King Question series is an abstract but extremely listenable work that focuses on the human search for meaning.
Certainty - as a concept - is pinned, sliced, and probed by a nearly indescribable mix of beats, noises, and words;
samples and bits from radio, television, movies, contemporary music, and field recordings weave in and out, struggling with questions thatare rarely answered.
Volume One of King Question(s) takes a narrow focus on the Nouns of life, more of the "WHAT" and "Where,"
while "WHY," "WHEN" and "HOW" take the bench for a moment.
But this isn't necessarily about intellectual word-play, at all.
